Deck estimating software for contractors

Deck estimating software that prices the job on your website.

Homeowners draw their deck on your site, pick boards and railing, and see a price range built from your rates. You get the drawing, the options and an itemized quote with your margin.

Homeowners draw the deck they want

The deck drawing tool came from Sierra Ridge, a working deck company in California, and its own website. Homeowners shape the deck against the house and add what they want on it.

  • Up to three levels, with stairs and landings between them
  • 45° corners and custom shapes
  • Hot tubs, outdoor kitchens and lights placed on the plan
  • A picture of their deck in the boards, picture-frame border and railing they picked

Priced the way deck builders price

The estimate comes from your pricing rules, not a national average. It follows the drawing the way you would on site.

  • Railing only on the open sides
  • Stair guards by height
  • A border around the outline when they choose picture framing
  • Travel charged by the miles from your shop, inside the service area you set
  • Good/Better/Best board packages and a monthly payment estimate

Every web lead arrives ready to quote

When a homeowner sends their design, it lands in your lead inbox with the drawing, the options they picked and the price range they saw. You see each line with its quantity, cost and gross margin, and one slider reprices the whole quote.

  • The homeowner's drawing, address and options in one place
  • An itemized quote with your cost and margin on every line
  • Estimates and proposal PDFs you can send from the inbox
  • In-Home Sales Mode: open the same drawing on a tablet at the kitchen table, with a private margin panel and a discount floor

Pricing

Common questions

Questions contractors ask.

Does the deck estimator use my prices?
Yes. Every range comes from your own pricing rules for boards, railing, stairs, add-ons and travel, set up with you during onboarding.
Can homeowners draw a multi-level deck?
Yes. They can draw up to three levels with stairs and landings, 45° corners, hot tubs, kitchens and lights.
Does it work on my existing website?
Yes. The estimator can be linked or embedded on your current site, so homeowners stay on your brand.
