Estimating and CRM software for California contractors

Built at a California deck company, for California contractors.

FullFlow started at Sierra Ridge, a working deck company in California. It gives deck, fence and concrete contractors instant website estimates, in-home proposals and a CRM to run the job.

Made where the work is

The deck drawing tool and its pricing rules came from Sierra Ridge's own website and jobs. Permit and fire-zone checks for the Lake Tahoe Basin are built in; anywhere else, the quote is flagged for your review.

  • Your service area and travel charges by the mile from your shop
  • Tahoe Basin permit and fire-zone checks built in
  • San Francisco and Los Angeles phone lines for help

From the first click to the final invoice

Start with Flow Estimate on its own, or pick a CRM plan with it included. Flow Command adds online payments, e-signatures and a business phone with two-way texting.

  • Instant website estimates for decks, fences and patios
  • Clients, requests, quotes, jobs, scheduling and invoices
  • Automations, follow-ups and a crew app on Flow Pro

Every web lead arrives ready to quote

When a homeowner sends their design, it lands in your lead inbox with the drawing, the options they picked and the price range they saw. You see each line with its quantity, cost and gross margin, and one slider reprices the whole quote.

  • The homeowner's drawing, address and options in one place
  • An itemized quote with your cost and margin on every line
  • Estimates and proposal PDFs you can send from the inbox
  • In-Home Sales Mode: open the same drawing on a tablet at the kitchen table, with a private margin panel and a discount floor

Pricing

Flow Estimate is $189/month on its own with one estimator tool and setup included. Each extra trade is $100/month. CRM plans start at $275/month with Flow Estimate included, and there is no setup fee.
