FullFlow vs. the big contractor CRMs and field-service software

Seven apps and a setup fee, or one bill.

Bought one app at a time, what FullFlow does costs $785 a month plus $2,000 setup. FullFlow is $699 a month with no setup fee: online payments, e-signatures and your business phone included. That's $3,032 back in year one.

Only FullFlow

An instant estimator on your own website.

Homeowners draw the deck, fence or patio and see your price without calling you. None of the big CRMs we checked has one. The only instant-quote tool we found with a public price charges $350 a month plus $2,000 setup, and it only does roofs. FullFlow's is in every plan, or $189 a month on its own.

Prices and features from their public websites, as of October 2026. How we compared.

The math

Everything FullFlow includes, priced the way you'd buy it elsewhere.

One app for each job, at the price its maker publishes. Add them up, then compare one FullFlow bill.

  • Permit and fire-zone rules outside the Lake Tahoe Basin (Tahoe checks are built; elsewhere the quote is flagged for your review)
  • Per-level board colors and per-side railing types on one deck
  • A satellite photo behind the fence drawing

What about the decking brands' designers?

The big decking-board brands offer free homeowner deck designers on their own sites, with a materials list and sometimes estimated costs. They send homeowners on to find a builder; their pages don't describe running them on a contractor's own website with the contractor's prices, so they aren't in the table.

What only FullFlow does

The parts a deck, fence or patio contractor can't get from the others.

None of the big contractor CRMs lists these on its public pages, as of October 2026.

  1. 01An instant estimator on your own websiteHomeowners get your price on your site, day or night, without calling you. None of the big CRMs we checked has one, and it's included with every FullFlow plan, along with everything else.
  2. 02Homeowners draw the deck on your websiteUp to three levels, stairs with landings, 45° corners, hot tubs, kitchens and lights, then your price range shows up on the spot.
  3. 03Fences and concrete patios get their own drawing toolsFence runs on a slope with gates, or a stamped patio with steps and drains, priced from what the homeowner drew.
  4. 04They see their deck in the boards they pickedA picture of their deck in the chosen boards, picture-frame border and railing, not a stock photo.
  5. 05Priced the way deck builders priceRailing only on the open sides, stair guards by height, border around the outline, and travel by the miles from your shop.
  6. 06The same drawing goes to the kitchen tableIn-Home Sales Mode opens it on a tablet, with a private margin panel the homeowner can't see and a discount floor, then a proposal PDF.
  7. 07Every web quote arrives itemized, with your marginEach line has its quantity, cost and gross margin. Drag one slider and the whole quote reprices.
  8. 08Built and used by a working deck companyThe deck drawing tool and its pricing rules came from Sierra Ridge, Elijah's own deck company: its website and its jobs.

Built by contractors

Made at a working deck company, not in a boardroom.

FullFlow started inside Sierra Ridge, Elijah's deck company in California's Sierra foothills. He built the first estimator for his own website so homeowners could get a useful price without sitting through a sales pitch, and the drawing tool homeowners use today is the one he built for his own decks.

The pricing rules came from his own quotes: stairs, landings, railing on the open sides only, picture-frame borders, travel to the job. Stephen, a senior software developer, leads the engineering that turns those field rules into software any deck, fence or concrete contractor can set to their own numbers.

How we compared

“The big contractor CRMs” are the largest field-service and contractor software companies, compared from their own public pricing and feature pages, checked October 2026. In “The math,” each line is the published price of a real app a contractor would buy for that one job (1 user, month-to-month where published), and nothing is counted twice; the instant estimator line is the only instant-quote tool we found with a public price. In the table, the starting price is the most any of the CRMs charges for its lowest plan; some only give a price on a sales call. Where none of them lists a feature, we say so. Prices change, plans get renamed and features get added. Spot an error? Email teams@FullFlowUS.com and we'll fix it.
